Decor is part of every package
Lounge seating, linens, florals, lighting and signage, styled to your brand colors or the season. A conference room or a ballroom, it should feel like a different place when your guests walk in.

Questions people ask
What is a corporate wellness event?
An event where guests are looked after, not just fed. Guests move between stations such as chair massage, a glow bar and a headshot studio in a room styled for the occasion. We plan it, staff it, set it up and run it.
What can we include?
Massage, IV hydration, a glow bar, headshots with makeup, a guided group breathwork and meditation session, and a wellness marketplace. Choose two or choose them all. Styled decor is included in every package.
Where do you hold events?
At your office, your venue, or a venue we help you choose, in Orlando, West Palm Beach, Miami, Brooklyn, Manhattan, Queens, Long Island and Grand Cayman.
How many guests can you host?
From about ten to a few hundred. For larger groups we add therapists, chairs and stylists so the wait at each station stays short.
Who provides the IV hydration?
A licensed medical partner. Their nurses screen every guest before any IV is started, and guests decide for themselves whether to take part.
Is this a good fit for insurance agencies and financial firms?

How far ahead should we book a holiday event?
December dates go first. Three to four weeks ahead is comfortable. A 50% deposit reserves your date and the balance is due 7 days before the event.
What does a wellness event cost?
An Appreciation Experience with two stations and styled decor for up to 30 guests starts at $6,500. A Signature Wellness Day with every station for up to 50 guests starts at $12,000. Larger groups are quoted to the guest list.
