Returns and refunds
Short version: all sales are final. If something arrives damaged, defective or wrong, we will make it right.
All sales are final
Our herbs, oils and crystals are personal-use items, and our apparel and art are printed to order, so we do not accept returns or exchanges.
Damaged, defective or incorrect items
If your order arrives damaged, defective or not what you ordered, email us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and a photo. We will replace it or refund it to your original payment method, whichever you prefer. You do not need to send the item back.
Lost packages
If tracking shows your order was not delivered, contact us within 30 days of the ship date and we will help resolve it with the carrier or send it again.
Cancellations
You can cancel an order within 12 hours of purchase, as long as it has not shipped or gone into production, for a full refund.
Digital products and classes
Ebooks, journals, audio, recorded classes and bundles are delivered instantly, so they are non-refundable once you have access. If a file is broken, missing or will not open, tell us and we will send you a working copy. If we cancel a paid live session, you get a full refund or a place on the next one, your choice.
Memberships
You can cancel the Natural Medicine Cabinet at any time. Cancelling stops the next charge. We do not give partial refunds for a month already started.
Gift cards
Gift cards are non-refundable.
